En tant qu’architectes, nous collaborons fréquemment avec des clients internationaux pour leur offrir des services de conception. Nous apportons à chaque projet une compréhension approfondie du contexte et de la culture locale. Le projet Al Siraj en est un exemple qui illustre cette démarche. Situé dans l’un des corridors urbains les plus dynamiques de Mascate, Al Siraj a été lancé à la suite d’un appel à propositions visant à créer un programme mixte, développé en deux phases. Notre concept architectural repose sur l’intégration harmonieuse des espaces commerciaux, de bureaux et de logements. L’identité architecturale s’inspire de la richesse du patrimoine culturel omanais. Une façade double peau, soigneusement conçue, enveloppe le bâtiment : elle filtre la lumière intense, réduit les apports thermiques et améliore l’efficacité énergétique, tout en offrant une expression visuelle saisissante inspirée des motifs d’ombrage traditionnels de la région. Conçu pour devenir un repère dans le paysage urbain, Al Siraj jouera un rôle clé dans l’expansion continue de Mascate.

The Al Siraj Project is a prime example of this approach. Positioned within one of Muscat’s fastest-growing urban corridors, Al Siraj was initiated through a call for proposals aimed at creating a phased, mixed-use complex. Our design concept focuses on the seamless integration of retail, office, and residential spaces. The architectural identity draws from the rich cultural heritage of Oman. A carefully designed double-skin façade envelops the building, filtering intense sunlight, reducing heat and improving energy efficiency, while simultaneously offering a visually striking expression inspired by regional shading patterns. Designed to serve as a landmark within the city, Al Siraj is set to play a pivotal role in the ongoing urban expansion of Muscat.
