Avec cent logements allant du studio aux unités familiales, le projet mise sur une réelle mixité résidentielle, adaptée autant aux étudiants qu’aux familles et aux professionnels du centre-ville. Son architecture se déploie en trois volumes distincts et complémentaires : une façade patrimoniale soigneusement restaurée, un volume contemporain en retrait, et un volume arrière sobre, assurant une intégration harmonieuse avec le voisinage immédiat, dont l’église Saint-Patrick. Pensé comme un véritable lieu de vie, le projet offre des espaces communs de qualité, incluant des terrasses végétalisées et un jardin potager sur le toit, favorisant les rencontres, le bien-être et une expérience résidentielle unique au centre-ville de Sherbrooke.

At the heart of King Street West, this redevelopment project embodies a dialogue between heritage and our time. Designed to address housing needs in Sherbrooke, it offers an inclusive, sustainable living environment rooted in its urban context. With one hundred residential units, ranging from studios to family-sized apartments, the project promotes genuine residential diversity, appealing equally to students, families, and downtown professionals. Its architecture unfolds through three distinct and complementary volumes: a carefully restored heritage façade, a contemporary volume set back from the street, and a restrained rear volume, ensuring harmonious integration with the immediate surroundings, including St. Patrick’s Church. Conceived as a true place to live, the project features high-quality shared spaces, including landscaped terraces and a rooftop community garden, fostering social interaction, well-being, and a distinctive residential experience in downtown Sherbrooke.
