Dans le cadre de notre intervention à l’hôtel Landmark à Amman, nous avons réaménagé les chambres exécutives afin d’enrichir l’expérience client par un design élégant et fonctionnel. Nous avons proposé une nouvelle configuration des espaces, optimisant la circulation et le confort. Notre mandat comprenait la conception et les dessins d’atelier pour tous les éléments de menuiserie, assurant une exécution précise et une intégration harmonieuse dans l’édifice existant. Pour faciliter l’approbation du client, une chambre modèle à l’échelle réelle entièrement meublée fut construite à Montréal. Nous n’aurions pas imaginé expédier une chambre d’hôtel à l’étranger, mais c’est ce que nous avons fait. La maquette à dimensions réelles a ensuite été soigneusement expédiée à Amman, servant à la fois de présentation concrète de notre intention de design et de référence pour le fabricant local de la menuiserie. Cette approche a assuré la cohérence du design, de simplifier le processus de fabrication sur site et de maintenir les standards de qualité élevés attendus par le client.

Driven by a vision of elevated hospitality, we reimagined the executive rooms at the Landmark Hotel, enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful design and functionality. We designed an executive room layout that optimized spatial flow and comfort. Our scope included the design and detailed shop drawings for all millwork components, ensuring precise execution and seamless integration within the existing building. To facilitate quality control and client approval, a full-scale fully furnished one-bedroom mock-up unit was built in Montreal. We never thought we’d end up shipping an entire hotel room across continents, but that’s exactly what we did. The mock-up was carefully shipped to the client in Amman, serving both as a tangible presentation of our design intent and as a fabrication reference for the local millwork contractor. This approach ensured design consistency, streamlined the fabrication process overseas, and upheld the high-quality standards expected by the client.
