In dialogue with its surroundings, the MV Towers project is set along Marie-Victorin Boulevard, facing Île Charron and the St. Lawrence River. offering 200 residential units, the project is part of a rapidly transforming area and seeks to establish a meaningful connection between housing, the waterfront landscape, and the urban context. The architectural concept is based on a composition of stepped volumes, gradually rising from four to twenty storeys. This progression creates a transition with the surrounding residential fabric while establishing a distinctive presence along the waterfront. The stepped levels generate shared terraces and collective spaces that encourage social interaction, while the first two floors accommodate neighbourhood-oriented retail spaces that contribute to a diverse mix of uses. A fitness room, swimming pool, and spa occupy the third floor. The rooftops of the 12th and 20th floors provide, respectively, a communal garden space with raised planting beds and an observation terrace oriented toward the river and the setting sun. The architectural expression is restrained and refined, featuring light-coloured steel panels whose reflections evoke the light and shimmering surface of the water. Through its composition, collective spaces, and strong relationship with the landscape, the project seeks to create a dialogue between the city, housing, and the river. The project is in the preliminary design phase.
